BRIDGE MEMORIALS
Welcome
to Coastal White German Shepherd Dog / White Shepherd Rescue Referral,
a not-for-profit referral site and fundraising store. I'm Jake the lifesaving
dog, and spokes dog for Coastal WGSDRR.
Our
main goal is to raise money for emergency veterinary care for white German shepherd dogs in need.
(Common misspellings of shepherd are shepard, sheppard, sheperd, and shepperd).
Often times dogs are senselessly killed at shelters just because they have heart worms, or need a special surgery that neither the shelter nor most rescues can afford. CWGSDRR was founded to help give these deserving dogs and puppies a chance at life by listing them on our site, and by selling WGSD and other pet-related items. Proceeds will go to help defray the costs of expensive treatments and surgeries. CWGSDRR, INC offers "courtesy listings" for WGSDs in "low exposure" areas, mostly the south-coastal states which have very few rescue groups, and many, many high-kill shelters. If you are considering adopting a WGSD, please look at the listings on our dogs page, and the rescues listed on our links page. Please note that these dogs are not necessarily under the care of CWGSDRR and you will need to contact the person, shelter or organization listed in the dog's bio. Meanwhile, feel free to GO SHOPPING in our online stores and order some great WGSD and other pet-related products.
WHAT'S NEW? COASTAL WGSDRR HAS JOINED UP WITH SOLDIER ANGELS AND
Meet Sgt. Richard H. Miller Jr. and K-9 partner MWD Gabe!
We have sent some care packages to these guys for Xmas and we received these photos back from them. Soldier Angels is originated and operated by Sharron and Vernon Anderson. Contact Sharron if you'd like to participate in this program. Email her at menopawsinn2@bresnan.net RESPONSE FROM SGT. MILLER Dear Casey and Annmarie, Thank you for the box you sent Gabe and me. The support you both have shown us is very much appreciated. I am sending a few pictures of Gabe and me to you. I had to shrink them so they could fit on this e-mail. Thanks for everything. Take Care, Richard H. Miller
